If so, Aspire is the course we designed for you to activate your dream and empower you to make it a reality.

Train for it.

Aspire’s training spotlights the character of people, it is those that consistently embrace hard work that turn their talent and facility into art. Quality hard work in a healthy, strengths based environment will always beat talent if talent doesn’t work hard. The Aspire course is designed with the training keys to unlock your potential.

Become it.

This is truly where artistry and technique converge. We guarantee you that small daily improvements over time will lead to stunning results. If you commit to Aspire, we will commit to you, challenging you to resist your own excuses in the pursuit of results.

Part-time Aspire is a one or two mornings per week, all academic term course.

Aspire is five days per week full time course.

Extras

  • Suspension Pilates

    This class moves to the beat of the music & integrates Pilates, Dance & Yoga movements seamlessly together. TRX suspension training develops strength, balance, flexibility & core stability simultaneously. You use body weight to build strength through balance. This is a fun upbeat class that puts a smile on everyones face.

  • Reformer Pilates

    What we offer for the Aspire students compliments their dancing. To rebalance, lengthen & strengthen, working on improving the coordination of breathing & movement with the awareness of the body & how it responds. Dancers require a lot of focus on alignment & deep inner core strength & this is something we can work on in a small group environment.

  • Progressive Ballet Technique

    PBT is a revolutionary program for ballet teachers and students, it aids in training muscle memory to achieve their best in ballet training. PBT is a unique and essential approach to the art form that is ballet. PBT uses muscle memory to improve core stability, weight placement, and alignment.

  • Gym Fitness

    Each Aspire student 15 years and older receives a gym membership to a local Fitness Club. This is essential for cross-training, cardiovascular fitness, injury prevention and rehabilitation, and the development of muscular endurance/strength.

Living away from home…

Living with an approved homestay is a wonderful way for a dancer to become a part of a family while they are away from their own homes. The families who host dance students on behalf of Aspire are carefully chosen for their aptitude toward making students feel comfortable and supported. Our hosts also have children who attend dance classes at CDS, so they understand what is involved. Our hope is that students establish great friendships with members of their homestay family, enabling their connection with our dance school and also with our beautiful city to be a lifelong one.
